Our Charity Efforts

Our commitment to charity and community support is a heartfelt narrative that unfolds in various ways, enriching the lives of those in need.

One thread of our story involves gathering monetary donations left by our cherished guests and visitors. These contributions find their purpose as we pass them on to the dedicated Order of Conventual Franciscans. In this partnership, we join hands to bolster their noble mission and empower their initiatives.

We're not just spectators; we actively engage in the church's fundraising efforts and those organized by its numerous groups. By participating in these events, we become a vital part of their causes, playing a role in helping them reach their fundraising goals.

One remarkable chapter in our story is the online and in-person auction we orchestrated. This event became a beacon of hope, as it assisted Friar Jarek in raising the essential funds required to support a newly established migrant/refugee center. This center became a sanctuary for migrants in need, offering temporary housing and support while they navigated the complex process of legal status. Our community came together, embracing the power of auctions, to make a substantial contribution to this significant cause.

But our narrative doesn't end with monetary contributions. We also extend our generosity by donating products to nonprofit organizations. Our support spans a diverse spectrum of deserving causes, from the Lions Club to Women's Spiritual Conferences, Veteran Organizations, Annunciation House, UTEP Catholic Campus Ministry, Mt. Carmel Friars, Ysleta Education Foundation, El Paso Elks Lodge, and many more. Through these donations, we strive to be a pillar of strength for these nonprofits, providing them with the means to further their essential work.
